Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 1–2+ years of dental office management experience (required).Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of dental terminology, PPO/insurance claims processing, treatment plan presentation, and dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft).Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage front office operations and support a multi-doctor team with professionalism and emotional intelligence. Partnering directly with Dr. Kang, Dr. Song, and our clinical team, you will oversee day-to-day front office workflows, manage patient scheduling and financial arrangements, optimize provider productivity, and maintain an exceptional patient experience.
