As Assistant Division Manager, you will work directly alongside our Operations Manager to sharpen the efficiency and profitability of the Construction Division — coordinating project managers, supporting estimators, and ensuring every job runs on time, on budget, and above client expectations. Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, job costing, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
