Under direct supervision, the TES Dining Technician assists Dining Equipment Specialists, HVACR personnel, and other skilled trades employees with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and relocation of commercial kitchen equipment and associated building systems within University dining facilities. Assists higher-level technicians with troubleshooting and repair of ovens, steamers, fryers, griddles, mixers, slicers, grinders, dish machines,disposals, coolers, freezers, ice machines, and similar equipment.
