Mom365 is seeking a Photography Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 20 photographers across up to 8 hospital locations, drive sales performance, develop future leaders, and strengthen hospital partnerships while helping families preserve their babys first moments through professional newborn photography. The ideal candidate is a people leader first-someone who enjoys developing others, building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results across a multi-site operation.
