Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience (inclusive of 1 year of leadership experience), or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, or 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree. 4+ years of experience and knowledge in developing, proposing, managing, implementing, and testing products and system solutions in power systems or related areas, including naval power or power conversion systems, military production products with complex electro-mechanical assemblies, and production product lifecycle management.
