Due to continued growth and strong patient demand, the practice recently expanded and is moving into a newly developed 14-operatory facility designed to support high patient volume and advanced dentistry.About the PositionThe practice is seeking a General Dentist Associate due to continued growth.The office is projected to produce approximately $3.3M this year and currently includes the owner dentist and two associates. With patient demand continuing to increase, the team is adding another provider to help meet volume.Practice highlights include:<ul><li>Approximately 50 new patients per month</li><li>Currently booked about one month in advance</li><li>Most procedures completed in-house with minimal referrals</li><li>Services include IV sedation, full mouth restoration, root canals, surgical extractions, clear aligner therapy, and more</li><li>Currently operating with 8 operatories and expanding to 14</li></ul>Team support includes:<ul><li>4 dental assistants</li><li>4 hygienists</li><li>6 administrative staff</li></ul>The practice operates primarily as a PPO and fee-for-service model.Compensation & BenefitsIncome guarantee transitioning to 30% of production 401(k) Continuing education stipend Access to health insurance plan Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
