The position has four main functions: 1) Clinical services - conducting mental health intakes and assessments, developing individual service plans, and delivering evidence-based and evidence-informed interventions, 2) Clinical supervision - supervising non-licensed psychosocial support staff to ensure services are of quality, trauma informed, and culturally relevant, and 3) Care coordination - with internal and external providers to ensure holistic client support, and 4) Outreach and engagement - to build provider and community capacity to identify, respond to, and serve survivors of human trafficking.
