Three to five years of total experience preferred, with two to three years required, in the financial services sector with a focus on real estate, including appraisal, private equity, specialty finance, real estate finance, or investment banking. Working independently with limited day-to-day supervision and closely with Investment Officers on new transactions, the Associate focuses on valuation, financial analysis, modeling, research, site due diligence, and credit application preparation.
