You will work with charge RNs, managers, supervisors, and staff to coordinate the various functions of the Sterile Processing Department with all patient care units, the Emergency Room, X ray, Cardiac Cath Lab, Day Surgery, Labor and Delivery, Endoscopy and the main Operating Room You will work with OR Director on department staffing, hiring, evaluating, guiding, dis ciplining, and scheduling of staff.
