Responsible for new business development activities that enhance and expand our existing client relationships and cultivation of new relationships including initial client marketing meetings, proposal and budget development, presentations, and negotiation meetings in conjunction with Marketing and Office Management as required. Coordinate all engineering, construction engineering, GIS, CAD, survey, and other needs for assigned projects, scheduling field and office team members and equipment as required, ensuring all projects are within staffing and scheduling requirements as well as budget and scope.
