Demonstrate enhanced product and sales knowledge of all New Peoples Bank products, services, procedures, policies, and appropriate regulatory issues relating to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, Fair Lending, Regulation E, deposit, transactions, personal loan accounts, mortgage and equity loan originations, cash management, and electronic services. Level III managers may be differentiated by targeted loan/deposit size (typically $75MM+), marketplace growth potential, expertise in market development, seniority, advanced level of experience, oversight of multiple offices, in addition to other criteria determined by Chief Banking Officer.
