The HR Manager will be responsible to leading, managing, and executing the HR function and effectively, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals; The incumbent will be responsible for managing every aspect of their employment needs, oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs. 2. Develop and implement effective HR infrastructure to support company goals and strategic objectives including effective development and improvement of training and development for technical and leadership skills and company culture.- Develop, implement, and manage performance management process and talent assessment for all levels and grades in the organization.
