As a part of the Mohs Specialty Team, the Surgical Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling appointments, addressing phone notes and patient inquiries, and providing pre- and post-operative education to patients pertaining to the Mohs surgical procedures performed in the clinic while promoting a friendly and efficient environment for patients, staff, and dermatologists. Responsibilities: Serves as the primary person responsible to receive triage calls from surgical patients; under the supervision of the physician, assesses patient's need for advice or care and acts to meet that need.
