Operating as a seasoned individual contributor, the Workforce Data Analyst independently manages complex reporting and analytical deliverables, partners with HR, business, and IT stakeholders, and translates business questions into clear metrics, visualizations, and actionable insights. This role brings together and analyzes data from HR, Finance, IT, recruiting, payroll, employee engagement platforms, and other internal and third-party sources to create a connected view of UCTs workforce, identify meaningful trends, and support informed business decisions.
