The Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional and multi-vendor teams; manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, dependencies, and change; and partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, engineering and operations leads, executive leadership, and Federal stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes. The role requires strong project leadership and sufficient familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Java-based applications to engage technical teams, understand delivery dependencies and risks, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
