Preforms daily a regular vehicle safety checks, using a mobile application to digitally enter information on a vehicle used to ensure the major working components are in good order including tire pressure, engine fluid, radiator level, brakes, lights and directional signals, windshield wipers, mirrors, safety, emergence equipment, access ramps, and wheelchair lift equipment when wheelchair riders are scheduled for transportation services on that day Assist passengers as needed, especially regarding getting on and off the vehicle, loading and unloading packages and groceries, and/or delivery of meals to homebound elderly as needed. Essential Job Functions: Drive city vehicle in a safe and economical manner while engaged in the pickup and discharge of passengers to predetermined location Operate a mobile smart device while using an application for schedules, routes, passenger information and communication Collect and input fares collected from passengers into Tripmaster application.
