In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of Electrical Engineers and Technicians that support and maintain electronic components, products, and systems while enhancing existing designs, improving production techniques, improving test procedures, and focusing on project execution. Work with the Manufacturing, Customer Repair, Quality Assurance, and Product Support teams to identify opportunities for design changes that improve factory capacity, product reliability, and customer experience.
