The Business Programs Manager role sits under Marketplace Initiatives & Enablement Program Team acts as a strategic connector, facilitator, and owner of cross-functional outcomes across Marketplace Operations - bridging Product, Engineering, Operations, Policy, ELCA, Tax, and Brand to determine how initiatives impact the marketplace, and driving the cross-functional execution needed to land them. In this role you will: Own end-to-end program delivery across one or more enablement lanes - Compliance, Marketplace Ops Enablement, Policy Readiness, Model Enablement, Tax Enablement, or Marketplace Hygiene - including planning, status reporting, risks, issues, and dependency tracking.
