In this role, you will be responsible for preparing specimens for analysis and performing and reporting clinical laboratory procedures, ranging from waived to high complexity, all while adhering to strict compliance with written SOPs and various regulatory guidelines, including FACT, AABB, ACHI, CAP, FDA, and Joint Commission regulations. Prioritize work, provide efficient service, assist coworkers as needed, maintain cleanliness and safety practices, and uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality while maintaining a positive customer service image when interacting with colleagues, patients, physicians, and vendors.
