Experience designing and building AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows using modern AI frameworks and SDKs, such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Foundry, GitHub Copilot SDK, Codex SDK, or similar, is preferred, including an understanding of LLM orchestration, tool calling, context management, and RAG concepts such as embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and vector/hybrid search. Experience using AI coding agents and harnesses in software development is preferred, including model and tool selection, context and instruction engineering, Markdown-based instruction files and reusable skills, and orchestration of models, tools, and workflows.
