In collaboration with the Director of Medical Education and Director of Fellowship Programs, this role develops and advances short- and long-term programmatic initiatives, evaluates the effectiveness of educational objectives, and provides regular feedback and reporting to Residency and Fellowship Program Directors and Department leadership, including the Associate Chair of Education, Director of Residency Programs, Director of Fellowship Programs, and Director of Medical Education. Provide senior leadership for a broad portfolio of training programs, including ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency programs, psychiatry fellowship programs (MD/PhD-aligned where applicable), LCME accredited medical student education, psychology postdoctoral training programs, and non-accredited fellowship and advanced training programs in psychiatry, psychology, and behavioral neuroscience.
