The successful candidate will provide technical and people leadership across operations and engineering functions while partnering closely with Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Operations teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. Lead continuous improvement, cost-out, and productivity initiatives utilizing Eaton Business System (EBS), Lean Manufacturing, value stream mapping, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
