Coordinate and oversee routine and preventive maintenance of Tribal facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, interior and exterior cleaning, grounds, and waste collection, in accordance with established schedules, procedures, and applicable safety requirements. The incumbent provides leadership, makes work assignments, develops maintenance schedules, monitors work activities, and directs the work of lower-level maintenance technicians and other assigned personnel.
