The 1st Shift Finishing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and performance of the Finishing Department, including Paint Line, E-Coat, Buffing, and Arms Assembly operations. The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
