This role is the key quality interface between suppliers - including global suppliers across our commodity base - and internal teams, protecting production stability, product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction across plastics, PCBs, machined metal parts, electronics, and other robotics components. You apply structured, data-driven root cause analysis to supplier-caused line issues, and you communicate technical impact, risk, actions, owners, and timing clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and global supplier partners alike.
