The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Aider, or similar platforms, and has experience building agentic engineering harnesses that automate software development lifecycle activities. The primary objective of this role is to implement secure, compliant, and scalable automation that accelerates software delivery, improves operational resiliency, and enables AI-assisted issue identification and resolution while maintaining appropriate human oversight.
