Partner closely with Sourcing, Logistics, Tax, Security, Ethical Sourcing, Product Development, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to embed compliance into business processes while finding opportunities for cost savings, duty optimization, and operational efficiencies. Lead and develop a distributed group of 12 professionals responsible for all aspects of Hasbro's trade compliance program, including tariff classification, country of origin, customs valuation, customs broker management, restricted party screening, and trade program governance.
