The role leads full-lifecycle development of 3-D models and terrain environments, coordinates implementation with the Training System Support Center (TSSC) Engineering group, and partners with Test Engineers, Pilot Instructors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), management, and customers to validate accuracy, performance, reliability, and seamless integration within the training system. Responsibilities include assigning and prioritizing work, monitoring quality and completion, coaching and mentoring employees, supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer, and providing performance and development input to management.
