The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment's HR platforms, including UKG Pro, Lattice, Greenhouse, learning management systems, and connected applications. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, security, and effective use of HR data and systems while supporting employee lifecycle record updates, system administration, reporting and analytics, integrations, compliance, and process improvements.
