This includes drafting Deal Approval Sheets, assisting in the annual budget/forecast process, reviewing TI bids, performing sell/hold analyses, evaluating market trends, following up on contractor/commission payments, and any other leasing-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Leasing Manager(s). Develop strong relationships with the asset management team, investments team, leasing agents, property managers, and internal support personnel to help create a streamlined, efficient asset management function.
