The Physician Recruitment Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Provider Recruitment, will drive recruitment processes within RWJBarnabas Health Physician Development Department by developing infrastructure, talent acquisitions processes and recruitment resources to capture both physicians and advanced providers into the largest and most comprehensive health system in New Jersey, The Physician Recruitment Manager will lead a large-scale team of seasoned recruitment specialists and plays a pivotal role within a high-performing talent team whose main objective is to successfully attract and retain a highly qualified physician and advanced practice provider workforce, Job Summary: The Physician Recruitment Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Provider Recruitment, will drive recruitment processes within RWJBarnabas Health Physician Development Department by developing infrastructure, talent acquisitions processes and recruitment resources to capture both physicians and advanced providers into the largest and most comprehensive health system in New Jersey. Identifying and supporting sourcing initiatives for physician candidates through a variety of channels, including job board postings; email and direct mail campaigns; relationship development with professional organizations, associations, conferences, and residency and fellowship programs; agency vendors; referrals; and cold calls.
