Performs semi-skilled work in the areas of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work to building systems to include lighting, wiring, troubleshooting, and general maintenance; works either independently on more routine work or assists journey or master level trades workers with various projects. Removes old conduits and installs new conduit either independently or as part of a team doing renovation work; assists with installations of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and various facility systems such as generators, power panels, wiring, air handles, and compressors.
