Requirements: • Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet • Willing to float between local clinics if needed • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment • Record vital signs and patient data • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
