Requirements: Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment • Record vital signs and patient data • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
