Ability to use and maintain hand and power tools, measuring and test instruments, and related shop equipment needed to operate, service, troubleshoot, repair and test powered and non-powered Aerospace Ground Equipment and their internal systems while adhering to regulations, directives and polices governing Air Force maintenance activities. To reduce the dangers and irritations from the above conditions, the incumbent must follow numerous safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as protective eyeglasses/face shields, hearing protection devices, fall restraint harnesses and equipment, hard hats, safety/reinforced-toed shoes, respirators, gloves, and clothing.
