Lead retail renovations, open-store remodels, expansions, and new construction projects Manage project execution across NJ, NY, PA, and surrounding Northeast markets Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, store management, and project stakeholders Travel regionally as required, supporting both day and night shift operations when needed. 3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Strong background in retail, big box, grocery, or open-store environments Experience managing renovations, expansions, and ground-up projects Able to travel extensively throughout the Northeast region Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
