p>Case manager is responsible for case management and engagement on a team to provide high quality targeted case management services that will assist individuals connecting to services and meeting basic needs, including arranging, coordinating, planning, advocacy, linkage, referral, education, crisis diversion, resource acquisition, and monitoring in a culturally sensitive way. The Certified Behavioral Case Manager will work in partnership with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide a set of social service functions that helps clients access the resources they need to recover.
You will call on major commercial accounts, top prospect accounts, guides sales team members with complex account relationships, and guides less-experienced member of the sales team in matters relating to policy and complex financial arrangements to develop new relationships with prospective clients, and retain existing business, serves as a resource to banking officers in the areas of marketing. You will direct sales management efforts including providing direction and leadership to sales staff and other officers regarding sales activities, develop marketing strategies of new cash management business, the expansion of existing business relationships, and the servicing of customers in multiple geographic areas.

The Care Coordinator will work in partnership with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model to coordinate care across the spectrum of health services, including access to high-quality physical (both acute and chronic) and behavioral health care as well as social services, housing, educational systems, and employment opportunities as necessary to facilitate wellness and recovery of the whole person. - Provide individual, family, and/or group services that include screening, coordinating, planning, advocacy, linkage, referral, education, crisis intervention, resource acquisition, and monitoring in a culturally sensitive way.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record to use agency and/or personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office and to travel to counties outside Tulsa Metro.
