Ensures the maintenance of program volunteer’s record book(s) by collecting data, writing narrative notes, and documenting observations, as needed, to ensure accurate assessments and evaluations of one volunteer’s capabilities, deficits, priority need areas, Day Hab plan, and service activities. This may include ongoing and crisis behavior management; all areas of self-care, a.d.l., recreation; community inclusion, and all other activities as directed by Site Manager and all other supervisory requests.
