Serves as a role model to staff by continuously demonstrating Brown University Health 's values and principles, creating and maintaining effective, positive customer services relationships by identifying customers and their needs, ensuring the needs are met or exceeded, and responding appropriately to difficult interactions, and educating staff on the importance of quality customer service. Collaborates with surgical physician leaders, the Vice-President Patient Services/ Associate CNO, unit leadership, information services staff and colleagues to plan, design, and implement customer-focused, coordinated delivery of inpatient surgical services, clinical programs and information systems.
