The successful candidate will partner and coordinate with stakeholders (Divisional Sourcing, Global Categories, Supplier Quality, Advanced Operations, Materials Management, Operations, Senior Leadership, Legal, Compliance and others) to drive supplier capabilities, build a scalable supplier base, and deliver business results through supplier alignment, cost management, and performance optimization. Responsibility for leading cross functional efforts to develop and implement Global Category Plans that include cost reductions initiatives, new product development, supply base and optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and may include responsibility for cross-divisional, group wide, and/or global strategies and initiatives.
