Skill in overseeing, organizing and coordinating a district-wide program Skill in communicating and presenting effectively with diverse groups, both verbally and written, utilizing professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy technical and complex data and concepts to a varied audience that includes the general public, policy makers, school administrators, teachers, parents, students and other measurement professionals.
