The Director of Sales serves as the community's primary representative for inquiries and outreach, partners with the Executive Director and regional sales leaders to implement creative strategies, and coaches staff to maximize referral opportunities. This role develops and executes a strategic sales plan, cultivates strong referral networks, and builds lasting relationships with prospective residents, families, and professional partners.
