The position will also include performing & coordinating with vendors, repair & maintenance work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, door & gates systems, building envelope systems, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems, and various other R&M tasks associated with operation of a commercial property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems owned by the client, including, but not limited to air handling units, air distribution equipment, controls, lighting, lighting control systems and general plumbing repairs.
