Day-to-day, your role includes: • Manage, mentor, and help grow a content creation and social-first creative team • Lead teams' conceptual and strategic thinking across multiple platforms • Ensure high craft, cohesion, and quality across creative outputs • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your teams' ideas • Build relationships with agency capabilities including strategy, media, data and analytics and tech • Appreciate and advocate for craft across capabilities, including production and tech • Build trust with clients, understanding their business to find opportunities • Recruit and retain creative talent, building a team with a breadth and depth of relevant skills • Work with HR and Creative Operations to manage direct reports' daily workload and career development • Challenge yourself creatively, staying up to date with the industry and culture at large • Help drive our creative culture both inside and outside of the agency. on TikTok • You're obsessed with internet culture, the latest memes and trends, online subcultures and communities • You're a storyteller who can create captivating insights that range from educational to aspirational and everything in between • Have a skillset for and are interested in content creation on social • You have a hands-on, get it done, make cool sh*t mentality • You have vast experience working with creators and influencers • Collaborative and a team player • Have a social-centric portfolio • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
