Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below: Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, design, development, full rate production and/or business management related functions. The leader will report to the FR&S OU Senior Director, F-35 Program and will support profit & loss (P&L) execution of our growing portfolio, which includes Fleet Modification, Spares & Repairs, Product Support/Engineering Services and Support Equipment for 1,350+ F-35 weapon systems operating around the globe today.
