Required Qualifications: ACPE - accredited PharmD degree (highly preferred) or BS of Pharmacy with recent pharmacist work experience Active State of Texas pharmacist license in good standing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Some hospital pharmacy work experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Responsibilities include the following: the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to all Pharmacy functions, providing Pharmacy clinical services to Physicians, Nurses, and Patients, overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, supervision of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, effective cost management of medications, Chairperson of the P+T Committee, and reporting to the Quality Management Committee.
