This leader will bring a proactive, reliability-centered approach to maintenance-moving the organization from a primarily reactive model toward predictive and preventive maintenance, disciplined planning and scheduling, effective root-cause analysis, and data-driven asset management. The Director will partner closely with Plant Managers, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure maintenance strategy directly supports Bama's operational, financial, quality, and customer-service objectives.
