This role is accountable for developing and executing systemwide sourcing strategies, optimizing category performance, driving measurable financial value, improving supplier performance, reducing supply risk, and enabling clinical, operational, and financial alignment across hospitals, clinics, service lines, and corporate functions. 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing (demonstrated expertise executing structured/methodical sourcing processes), category management, contracting, supplier management, or supply chain, preferably in a healthcare system or integrated delivery network.
