The role does not own data architecture, master data management, data engineering, platform delivery, or technical data strategy, which remain the responsibility of Strategy, Platforms & Technology (SPT).The Director serves as the primary business partner guiding patient intelligence requirements, prioritization, governance, adoption, and value realization. The role establishes common business definitions, decision frameworks, business rules, methodologies, and requirements that enable consistent, trusted, and reusable patient insights across brands, therapeutic areas, and enterprise decision processes.
