Full Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Dairy Science, Dairy Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related specialty technical field and five years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in industrial dairy production management with specific experience (1) directing the development of casein and caseinate ingredients and products (fresh curd caseinates, micellar casein, acid casein, and rennet casein); (2) applying knowledge of food science and nutrition to product manufacturing; (3) managing and leading teams in a dairy manufacturing environment (casein, caseinate, and/or whey); and (4) working with automation technologies, control system design and troubleshooting methodologies.
